Terms and Conditions

• Card Valid only after successfully receiving the signed Customer accusation form and payment or by OTP verification after online payment.

• Valid for One Year from the date of issue.

• Customers have to book an appointment only through our Toll free number (1800-889-1312) before coming to avail any services.

• Not to be combined with any other offer or advertised special.

• Only four family members can use the card.

• Privilege Card is non-refundable/non-transferable.

• Card is just for representation customer does not have to carry the physical card to avail the services

• No verbal commitments accepted.

• In case of any dispute, decision of Jus Vouchers will be final.

• Only one OPD is absolutely free for one doctor second OPD will be chargeable

• Jus Voucher is committed to provide maximum benefits and services to our customers but do remember that we are just third party providers does not guarantee services offered by doctors/hospitals/Medical store/ Pathology etc.

• Appoint booking is subject to availability of the same and can take 6 to 48 hours for confirmation.

• Appointments will not be provided on Sunday and national holidays.

• Jus Vouchers will not take care of any Medical emergency we can just provide OPD and other benefits mentioned in the Health plus Card.

• Working hours (9.30 AM to 6.30 PM) Sunday and national holidays closed .
